Transfeminine
Whether you're a trans woman or feminine nonbinary person, there are some things you can do to help alleviate some of the effects of genders dysphoria before you can start HRT or get surgery (if you choose/want to). Always be safe with these things and listen to your body.
Tucking
Tucking is when you make bottom genitalia not bulge. You want to be safe while tucking. To tuck, you push your 2 ball sacks up. Then you push the penis back. You want to secure it in place. Do not use duct tape as it can cause irritation. You can find skin tape that has a gentler adhesive. Tucking will take practice to get right and fast.
Chest Packing
Chest packing is when you make it appear as though you have top genitalia. There are different ways to do this. The most common method is to get a wire bra and stuffing it. You can also get breast packers that cis women use to make their breasts appear larger.
Voice Exercises
There are ways to safely raise your voice before going on estorgen if you so choose to. There are YouTube videos you can find, but it is safest to go through a voice coach or voice teacher. If your throat starts to get sore or starts to hurt, stop and give yourself a break. While doing them, make sure you drink water. Results will take time to be apparent. It will take time, but it will be worth it if you choose to do this.
Other
There are other things you can do to alleviate some of the stress caused by gender dysphoria. You can wear whatever clothes you find most comfortable and make you feel good. You can do makeup to make your face appear more feminine. You can socially transition (go by your preferred name/pronouns). Whatever makes you feel happy and is safe, you should do.
