Off The Binary

There is more than just male and female. Remember, you don't owe anyone androgyny. You can present however you want and you are still valid. There are different things you can do to help you feel more like yourself and make the feelings of gender dysphoria less severe. You can look at the transmasculine and transfeminine pages to get some tips depending on if you're AFAB (Assigned Female At Birth) or AMAB (Assigned Male At Birth). You can also socially transition (go by your preferred name and pronouns). Whatever makes you happy and comfortable (and is safe), you should do. You're valid no matter what you choose to or not to do.
